We will not pass on any personal information to third parties and it will not be used for marketing purposes. We will not transfer your personal information outside the UK. You have a right to be informed about this processing of your personal data as in this notice. You also have the right to request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data. Further rights are to object to and to restrict processing of your data.

The air quality information presented in this system is based on forecasts and therefore no assurance can be given that this is 100% accurate. The information including forecasts and health information are provided for guidance only, neither the Scottish Government nor Ricardo Energy & Environment accept any liability for actions arising from the decisions you make and/or the actions you take in response to alerts. Ricardo Energy & Environment will use reasonable endeavors to provide forecasts and alerts (where moderate and above) on a daily basis, but neither the Scottish Government nor Ricardo Energy & Environment accept any liability for failure to provide forecasts/alerts nor any liability for actions arising from any decisions you make and/or actions you take as a result of such failure.
