Latest figures show that over the last ten years concentrations of nitrogen dioxide and PM10 particulate matter in Scotland appear to have decreased significantly. In recent years there has been very little change however. Concentrations of ground-level ozone appear to be increasing in both rural and urban areas of Scotland. For more details please see here.
